Oy. Management at Lowes once had all the front-end staff do a communications seminar where Person A had the parts of a Lego kit, Person B has the directions, and Person C had to go between them as a relay. It did not go well.
If the rule is that they have to communicate without speaking, cant they just show the other person the instructions sheet?
