Arthur’s got guts to put this Karen in her place. Love it, though. Perhaps this one realized “Oh crap, am I part of the problem?” after that. At least one can HOPE, right?
Don’t agree with that analogy. Being “stuck in traffic” is frustrating because it’s something out of our control; it’s often indicative of a culture flaw, the one where employers want to end work from home. These employers are to blame. The culture is to blame. Individual drivers are not if they’re not given a choice whether or not to commute due to culture flaws.
Karen here is holding up the line by demanding to speak to a manager. The people she’s holding up can blame her like people stuck in traffic can blame employers for needlessly forcing in-office work. Does this make sense?

That’s like getting people to realise that they’re not “stuck in traffic”. They ARE traffic, and they are contributing to the problem.

This is why Arthur was the BEST.
