A place I worked opened a store right below head office once. The people there were SURPRISED on how things actually worked when coming down to see the store and ask questions. Most of these consultants and upper management have NEVER seen a sales floor…. It’s why their orders are always so backwards.
They at least have to see the handbags from the mail isle.
