The Wally Mart near me used to have one. Haven’t seen one for a while, though.
There’s a reason those scannamajigs only lasted like 2-3 years… at least here. (I first learned about them in an earlier strip of this very comic).
i worked at a stop and shop for around a year (im guessing thats what this generic grocery mart is) and i swear to god those robots are to keep an eye on employees to stop us from shoplifting.
Well, it looks like Gary made it out from under Mina’s thumb. Out of the fire and into the frying pan, I guess.
There are a lot of minor characters named either Gary or Greg.
