    Poor Joy. Some people really are vicious and hate-filled. Even seasoned retail employees can end up in tears from somebody being horrible.

    Yeah, I find a good rousing game of GTA also helps. Nothing like mowing a virtual person down and picturing that customer to help ease the stress.

    I’d have told him I was new so didn’t know everything about everything in the store. But I’d find someone who knew more about the vacuum cleaners. Then I’d walk away and leave him standing there. And never get anyone to help him. I will never understand why some customers get their jollies out of calling the employee names especially something only females are called like broad, chick, b–ch, and the C word. I’d love to see him boiled in oil.
