Yeah, one SM for whom I worked did like 80% of the things he made us do (the other 20% he wasn’t particularly good at, since nobody’s perfect, and he only had so much time). He not only led by example without complaint, he stuck up for his employees and had a positive attitude. Everybody loved him. I wish there were more managers like him.
Huh…my memory must be off. I thought this strip came right after the blow-up between him and Marla, not the scheduling issue. I thought that was the breaking point, but in the scheduling story, Brice isn’t even adversarial.
