Sometimes reading the label is all we have. Personally I don’t eat half the food in my store so I couldn’t tell you what’s better between this or that brand or anything of the sort. Same goes for razors. Or anything in the home department. No seriously you’re better off reading the label or looking it up online because asking an employee in most stores is just a straight gamble on whether you’ll learn anything you don’t already know.
