I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that Donnie LIKED Batman v Superman (and I hate to be pedantic, but it is V, not VS, it was stylized after judicial nomenclature). He doesn’t strike me as one of those Snyder-antis that made it (and continue to make it) their life’s sole purpose to call it one of the worst movies ever to be released.

I say this as someone who saw BvS opening day, loved the hell out of it, and was quite astounded by how much frothing bile was being directed towards it nonstop. But after that initial shock, I just went about my day-to-day life and ignored as much of that toxicity as I could.

Theatrical version was just okay. The “Ultimate” Edition was a marked improvement which brought it up to good. On a side note, AMC managers were treated to an early screening about 6 weeks prior to it’s release. So we got to make fun of “Martha” weeks before everyone else did.
