We got called that the customer was coming an hour after we closed. We told them then we will be closed then. And they just replied, “Yes, that’s why I’m calling you ahead of time to TELL you that I’m coming in so you can keep the store open for me.”
They did not like being laughed at and hung up on. When they complained to corporate, they just got a list of store hours and told to come during those times, or not at all.
Just close the store and claim that your clock is registering closing time. Problem solved.
