If bumping the display with a trolley causes it to fall down – it’s the fault of the store, not the customer. Partially sighted or distracted or busy people, working around one another in too-narrow aisles, with a trolley that has a mind of its own… and fragile displays stacked high … what do you think is going to happen? I wonder how often children get hurt when this happens?

Or maybe- hear me out- it’s the customer’s fault because they’re not paying attention.
