What’s really terrible is the fat gak in panel 2 would be horribly offended if the woman in panel 1 turned him down for a date. He thinks he’s sexy.
If I had to guess, “Randy” is a stand-in for any number of magazines kept on covered racks. And that, along with his clear lack of any sort of self-discipline, tells us all we need to know about his love life.
