Y’know, going through these archives, I realize that Courtney was actually a rather minor character. Reading descriptions of RETAIL like it’s Wikipedia page makes her sound she was a constant thrown like Stuart, Josh, or Brent, but she just pops up on occasion when Norm had a lazy employee joke to use.

She’s a one-note character, but boy is that note LOUD!
