Employee reviews are pretty easy for me. I am more the Give Instant Feedback kind of manager and thus reviews are more or less just a summery and maybe an inquiry as to whether or not they are interested in promotions and what they will need to work on to get there. The other thing is that everyone pretty much got max raises. BUT reason for that is that if someone is if someone is working for me and they are not a hard enough worker to deserve a max increase, then they are not going to be working for me very long. It’s nice to have a staff full of Superstars.
